By accessing and using NINJA PUNK GIRLS ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NINJA PUNK GIRLS is a cyberpunk-themed platform featuring:
- Interactive comic book content
- AI-powered story generation
- NFT marketplace integration
- HandCash wallet connectivity
- Community features and user-generated content
3. User Accounts and HandCash Integration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must connect a HandCash wallet. By doing so, you agree that:
- You own or control the connected HandCash wallet
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
- You will not use the Platform for any illegal activities
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
4. User-Generated Content
By creating and sharing content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Includes spam, malware, or malicious code
5. NFT and Digital Assets
The Platform integrates with NFT marketplaces and digital asset trading. You acknowledge that:
- NFT transactions are final and irreversible
- You are responsible for transaction fees and gas costs
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital assets
- All NFT sales and purchases are between users
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NINJA PUNK GIRLS and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform:

- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Platform
- To use any automated system to access the Platform
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NINJA PUNK GIRLS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
